Whether your cravings for food and drink occur after work, post-theater, before a movie or prior to a game of bowling, you’re pretty much guaranteed to make it to happy hour at The Rialto Café.  Seven days a week, we offer two happy hours with food and drink specials galore.

During either of our happy hours, we roll out the red carpet for a special, discounted appetizer menu that rotates by season.  Current selections include bacon-wrapped, gorgonzola stuffed dates, shrimp tacos, Kobe sliders, chicken empanadas and tuna tartare, to name a few.  Our menu will be changing shortly but for now, these, and other delectably delish items, are priced between five and seven dollars.

During daylight hours, from 3-6pm, our discounts apply to an array of drafts, wines and Rialto Café Signature Cocktails.  Enjoy a frosty Colorado microbrew of your choice for just three dollars.  If beer isn’t your cup of…well, beer…Step it up to four dollars for a glass of house red or white or a mixed drink.  We don’t hold you hostage to the well selection at Rialto happy hour, however.  Take your pick of Captain Morgan, Van Gogh, Beefeater, Sauza, Dewar’s, Bacardi or Jack Daniels for your mixing needs.  If you are at a loss and would like for us to create your concoction, select from our signature cocktails and martinis for only five dollars!  A few of our spins on traditional cocktails such as mojitos, margaritas, cosmos sand sangrias are freckled amongst some more original concoctions like the Chaitini, Raspberry Fizz, Limoncello Mint and The Frenchman.

Our early happy hour is a jumping off point for the evening, but our late night happy hour is a sure way to end the night just right.  From 9:30-close, seven nights a week, you can still enjoy our wine, beer and food specials as listed above…With a small twist.  ANY liquor or mixed drink you can locate behind our vast bar will ring in at 50% off. That’s right…Half off ALL cocktails.  If you can’t round out a perfect evening with this deal, we would like to know why.
